Your New Utility Billing Portal is Launching Soon!
Raleigh Water Self-Service, a smarter way to manage your utility account, goes live on November 12.
Key Changes
New Account Required: On or after November 12, everyone will need to re-register online to create their new account.
Autopay Users Must Re-enroll:
• Bills due on or before November 7 will draft as usual.
• Starting November 12, you must sign up for Autopay again in the new portal before your next payment is due.
• Note: Autopay setups made in the current portal after October 20 will not be honored.
System Maintenance and Closures:
• You will not be able to make a payment using any method (in-person or online) between November 7 (5pm) and November 12 (8:30am).
• The call center will be closed November 10-11.

Raleigh Water will host community events in November and December to provide hands-on assistance and answer your questions.
